An environmentally responsible corporate citizen

La Capitale is conscious of major social issues and strives to contribute to people’s well-being and to the protection of the environment. To this end, we have adopted and implemented measures that all our staff support.

Eco-Committee

This committee, comprised of La Capitale employee volunteers, takes the lead and promotes a number of initiatives in support of the company’s sustainable development efforts.

  • Promotes reduced paper consumption
  • Encourages use of teleconferencing
  • Operates collection systems that feed into recycling efforts
  • Keeps staff informed about sustainable development by producing documentation and organizing events
  • Promotes carpooling, public transit and cycling to work
  • Applies measures to control temperatures in La Capitale buildings
