Pool Damage

As the snow melts, you realize that your pool has been damaged. What should you do?

• Contact our Claims Department at 1 800 461-0770 to report the loss and to ensure that you are covered for this type of event. A basic home insurance contract does not cover damage to swimming pools.
• Be sure to have the following information on hand before calling:
  • The make, model and dimensions of the pool
  • The bill of sale, if available
  • The purchase price, date and location of purchase
• If possible, get an estimate for repairing or replacing your pool.
