The Stow & Grow Account application should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Before starting your online application, be sure to have the following items on hand:

• Your Social Insurance Number
• A cheque for the account to be linked to your La Capitale Stow & Grow Account
• A pay stub if you work in the Quebec public service (ministry or agency, health or education sector or municipal administration)

You will need to complete your registration for the La Capitale Client Centre at the same time. This is a secure service that will allow you to manage your online transactions, view your account statements, manage your profile and more.
