- Insurance and annuity premiums up 14% over 2008
- Total consolidated income reached $1.3 billion, up 24.8% from the previous year
- The Mutual posted assets of $3.4 billion, an increase of 11.8%
- Dividends paid to Mutual members totalled $12.2 million
- As at December 31, 2009, the Mutual boasted 220,195 members
- Members' equity totalled over $524.7 million
- Inauguration of the Delta 3 Building in Quebec City and the La Capitale Building in Mississauga, and launch of expansion project of Head Office on Quebec City's Parliament Hill
