This program, offered as a benefit under your group insurance contract, has been designed to provide professional assistance to your employees and their family members experiencing difficulties that might impact their health and wellness or their performance at work.
Insured employees and their family members have continuous access to the program services, which include:
- Face-to-face psychosocial counselling (personal, family or work-related difficulties, dependency problems)
- Telephone consultation (legal or financial problems or support with eldercare or childcare issues)
- Online Health & Wellness Companion (health profile)
