La Capitale's Client Centre portal provides a number of options to simplify management of a participant's group insurance file. The Client Centre portal allows you to change your contact information and payment options, access your tax statements and submit a claim in just a few clicks.
Group Administrator's Centre
As the administrator of a La Capitale group insurance plan, you can use a variety of administrative services online. Complete the Access request to the Group Administrator's Centre to receive access to the services available online.

The participants provide their personal information (and that of their spouse and dependent children) only once. They can file their prescription drug, medical and paramedical claims, and attach photos of their receipts.
You can now view the service card in order to present it at the dentist’s office or the pharmacy.
To receive Health and Dental Care benefits faster. The participant simply completes the Application for Direct Deposit of Benefits. The employee only has to fill the Application for Direct Deposit of Benefits (PDF - 1 page).
