Do I have to identify myself with my advisor code?

Yes. The advisor and general agent codes entered will be validated when your first forms are sent. If you enter the wrong code by mistake, you can change it in your profile at any time.

Can I cash a cheque by taking a photo?

No. Cheques must be sent by regular mail to La Capitale with the contractholder's name and date of birth or the client number for reference.

How can I access the client's copy and that of the advisor who completed the request?

If the client has an email address, a password-protected copy will be sent as an attachment. The advisor must provide the client with a password. If the client does not have an email address, La Capitale will mail their copy. The advisor always receives a password-protected copy by email, using the same password as the client's.
