La Capitale: a leader in customer satisfaction

Quebec City, November 5, 2012 – After receiving the highest customer rating for auto insurance, La Capitale General Insurance also gets the highest customer rating for its home insurance in the Quebec Region! This time, La Capitale is 25 points ahead of its home insurance competitors in Quebec.

These figures were reported in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Canadian Home Insurance Satisfaction Study, based on responses from 7716 home insurance policyholders in Canada. The study measures insurance customers' experiences with their primary insurer. Customer satisfaction is measured across five factors: billing and payment, claims, interaction, policy offerings, and price.
